We also answer on Instagram and TikTok, but requests concerning your account, your data or a purchase must go through email so we can identify you properly.

Application data, accounts, study progress, purchases, is stored separately with Supabase, on infrastructure located in the United Kingdom. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is held there and for how long.
6The mobile app
The Vectored application for iPhone and iPad is published by the same company and distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple Inc. is the distributor and, for purchases made inside the app, the merchant of record, it is not the publisher of the app and it does not author its content.
The terms governing your use of the app are the Terms of Use; purchases are governed by the Terms of Sale.
7Intellectual property
The whole of this site and of the Vectored app, the course sheets, illustrations, question banks, wording, layout, design system, logo, brand names and source code, is protected by copyright and, where applicable, database rights. It belongs to the publisher or is used under licence.
You may not reproduce, extract, republish, resell, redistribute or adapt any part of it without prior written permission, beyond what the licence granted in the Terms of Use allows for your personal study.
Vectored and Pilote Autrement are trading names of the publisher. Other names and logos mentioned, Apple, App Store, Supabase, Instagram, TikTok, belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively only.
8Reporting content
If you believe something published here infringes your rights or is unlawful, email support@piloteautrement.com with the exact URL or screen, a description of the problem, and how to reach you. We look at every report and answer.
Found a factual error in a course sheet or a question? Send it to the same address, corrections to the syllabus are treated as a priority, not as a complaint.
